To register for e-Services as a Belgacom customer, you need your identification codes.
What are the identification codes?
You'll find them on your latest paper bill. Can't find your bill?
- Get your codes by calling 0800 55 200 to receive your codes by letter within two days.
- If you are a Belgacom Partner, you have to send us an e-mail to receive your codes.
- For Carrier and Wholesale Solutions, request your codes via our website.
