    How does the delivery take place?

    • Did you order a subscription to fixed telephony, fixed Internet, Belgacom TV or a Pack? Choose your delivery:
      • Either in a Kiala pick-up point for the price of €5.69.
      • Or by Taxipost to an address you specify for €6.69.
      • Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE if you identify yourself with your e-Services password and login when you place your order.
    • Did you order a mobile subscription (not included in a Pack) or a mobile device? We will contact you within 2 business days to deliver your order for free by express courier from Monday till Saturday (public holidays not included) between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. When ordering a subscription, you'll need to sign a contact upon delivery.
    • Did you order a Pay&Go card? We will deliver it for free by Belgian post.

    When and how do I have to pay my ordered products ?

    For most products, you get billed afterwards on your first bill. You only have to pay online when ordering a mobile device or a Pay&Surf card. You can pay online with credit card (Euro card/MasterCard or VISA), PC-banking (Dexia, CBC, KBC, BNP Paribas-Fortis or ING) or debit card (Bancontact/Mister Cash). We guarantee that all submitted personal and payment information is encrypted and secured at all times.

    You are not satisfied?

    You can cancel your order for free within 14 calendar days following delivery

    • Did you order a subscription to fixed telephony, fixed Internet, Belgacom TV or a Pack? Return it free of charge in one of our Belgacom points-of-sale.
    • Did you order a mobile device? No problem: just call our free number 0800 99 974 and we'll come and pick up the device for free if all return conditions are met. Please note that the packaging cannot be opened.
    • Did you order a mobile subscription? In that case, you can send a registered letter to our customer service. Please note that this is only possible if you have not yet called, texted or surfed.

    How can I get a broken device fixed?

    You get 2 years warranty on each device. Is your device out of order? Call our Repair Center to report a defect at 0800 15 690. During the warranty period, we'll repair it for free. After that, you can always ask us for an estimate of the repair costs before making your decision.

Important warning for customers having a free .net domain name:

Should you receive such a letter from Domain Renewal Group, with the subject "Domain Name Expiration Notice", asking you to renew your domain name by paying a certain amount to Domain Renewal Group, do NOT respond, do NOT pay ANYTHING!

Belgacom renews your domain name automatically. If you are entitled to a free domain name with your Internet subscription, this domain name remains free of charge with Belgacom, even after renewal.
