So that everything goes smoothly and you stay connected before, during and after your move, here are a few tips to help you:



Staying in touch at all times
The following services are available so that your family and friends, suppliers and colleagues can contact you at any time or leave a message while you're moving:


  • Call forwarding service: you are in the middle of moving and you're expecting an important call that you cannot miss. It's easy...just divert your calls to your mobile phone or any other accessible telephone. Discover the Call forwarding service.
  • Voice mail service: Belgacom offers a voice mail service without the need for a subscription or any additional equipment. Don't miss any more calls. Thanks to the voice mail service, you can listen to your messages when and where you want, from any fixed line or mobile phone. Discover the Phonemail service.
  • Your mobile phone goes with you everywhere: to stay in touch when you're surrounded by crates, in the removal truck or going up the stairs, we offer a range of mobile solutions: subscriptions, rechargeable cards, mobile phone sales, etc. Check our Proximus offers.

Installing your services
To install your current services or to enjoy new Belgacom services, you can choose between 2 options:


  • Do-It-Yourself option: you install the services that you have requested. We supply all the documentation you will need to carry out these procedures yourself. (Important note: in certain cases a Belgacom technician will have to intervene). Consult the brochure "téléphonie ou LAN party" (.pdf) (in French).
  • Full install option by a Belgacom technician: you have ordered a Belgacom service but you don't want to install it yourself. Arrange a date and time with one of our technicians. He will come to your home to carry out the complete installation of your Internet connection, your fixed line or your TV.
