The Procurement organization is the contact point for suppliers.
It is the responsibility of Procurement to buy goods and services to guarantee quality and value to the clients of Belgacom.
Procurement Responsibilities include:

the Development and Maintenance of Procurement Strategies and Sourcing Plans;

contracting and Supplier Relationship Management;

control and Reduction of All Purchasing Related Costs;
