CSR performance (Corporate Social Responsability)

The CSR Performance is the global performance score of the supplier in 4 different Themes.

The four different themes are:

• Environment :
  • Environmental Impact from operations : energy consumption, water, biodiversity, local pollution, hazardous materials and waste management
  • Environmental impacts from product use and product end-of-life (e.g. dismantling)
  • Health & Safety Issues with customers and consumers
  • Promotion of sustainable mode of consumption with customers and consumers

• Social :
  • Internal human resources : employees health & safety, working conditions (e.g. remuneration, benefits), labor relations, career management (e.g training, recruitment)
  • Internal human rights: child & forced labor, discrimination, freedom of association, fundamental human rights

• Business Ethics :
  • Corruption and bribery
  • Anti-competitive practices
  • Responsible marketing practices
  • Industrial ethics

• Sustainable Procurement :
  • Integration of environmental factors in the management of suppliers & sub-contractors
  • Integration of human resources and human rights factors in the management of suppliers & sub-contractors

The themes are scored from 1 to 10 (1= High Risk; 10=Best in Class).
