Delivery Conditions

The Material shall be delivered packaged in accordance with the applicable regulations. The packaging shall have sufficient protection, in a reasonable dry unheated environment, to normal handling during loading, unloading, storing and forwarding.

The type, the manufacturing number, the manufacturing date (or week) and the Belgacom stock number will clearly be indicated on each unit, also on the possible prototypes. For Material that exists in different versions (e.g. software version in an EPROM), each version will be clearly identifiable : new identification number, version number or tag on the EPROM. If requested by Belgacom, the Supplier shall mention bar codes (EAN 13) on the packaging.

The supplier will comply with all the relevant European Community Directives regarding packaging.

• at the Belgacom Group Distribution Center (BGDC) in Courcelles;
• at the Belgacom Distribution Center (BDC) in Nivelles;
• at the Flawinne cable yard for cables and cable related equipment;
• at DSV Solutions in Gent;
• directly on a Belgacom site.

Where the deliveries should be made is stated on all purchase orders and contracts.

The Supplier Quality Management team is responsible for the definition of delivery criteria.
