If you wish to present your products or services, you can always enter into contact with our buyers via the webpage 'Contacts' of this site. Simply choose the service whose portfolio corresponds to your products and services and submit your contact details via the e-mail address of the unit concerned. Our buyers will then contact you whenever they can.

Belgacom's Procurement continues with the e-Transformation together with its suppliers and leaves behind the time-consuming flow of paper communication.

Belgacom has chosen for the certified platform CertiONE to be able to :

• send purchase orders;
• send your order confirmation to Belgacom;
• receive an invoice proposal from Belgacom;
• send the payment status.

Procurement encourages now to also:

• Send legally compliant e-invoices.

The advantages are:

• lower administration & processing costs;
• faster flow of documents;
• better data quality;
• more efficient payment process;
• secured transactions;
• flexibility of the format and sending of the documents;
• possibility to directly integrate the business documents in the back-office system of the supplier.

There are 2 possible solutions:

• either the supplier can use the ?low cost? solution where the messages arrive on a Internet page ? Hotmail alike mailbox; here only an internet account, a login and password are required.
  
• or the supplier can integrate the sending and receiving of messages in his IT system, what delivers the biggest advantage; for this a more extended setup is needed to enable the communication.

Belgacom strongly encourages its suppliers to use CertiONE. Suppliers that are interested in this more efficient cooperation, can obtain more information via procurement@belgacom.be.
