Purchaser recognizes and acknowledges that he purchases the property for its professionnal need and that the purchased property is not new, but used, surplus, and/or obsolete, and that the property is sold "as is, where is," with all faults latent or patent; that there are no warranties given, expressed or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability.

By placing its order, Purchaser accepts that , Belgacom shall not be liable to purchaser for any damages or loss, or whatsoever kind or nature, including, but not limited to, any consequential or actual damages resulting directly or indirectly from purchaser's purchase, use, or sale of the property. There are no warranties on the property and Belgacom specifically disclaims all warrantied including all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or for infringment.

The price for the property does not include the shipping costs, which are to be paid by the Purchaser.
